What to expect
Serenity Cove Pediatrics (SCP) utilizes Athena as its Electronic Health Record. This is a secure database platform to process, maintain, and protect health information under the guidance of the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). SCP provides a patient portal where you can easily schedule appointments, ask questions, request refills, and have access to your health related information. Using Athena also allows me partner and collaborate with other members of your health care team easily.
During our first Telehealth meeting, I will meet with you and your child to determine the best course of action. Partnering with your therapist, primary care provider, school, and other members of your health care team, we can talk about treatment, recommendations, and providing medication and medication management for any unresolved issues.
